Complete your profile (must-do items)

Before you can fully use the Lodg platform, we need a few quick details from you. Below are the steps to complete your profile

1. Contact Details

• Navigate to your dashboard and select Account Profile.

• Fill in your first and last name, phone number, email address and occupation → Save changes

2. Address

Add your current address, including: Street address, City, ZIP/postcode, and Country.

3. ID Verification

Legally, we’re required to verify that you are who you say you are, this helps protect you & other users on our platform.

2. Check your email
3. Use your phone to take clear photos of your ID (front & back)
4. Upload them to the system

4. Financial Details

• Open your Account Profile and select Financial Details. Add your bank account so we know where to send your after-tax income.

• You can also set up optional deductions (student loan, KiwiSaver). If you're GST registered, enter your GST details here too. Once completed, you will be able to use features like uploading invoices.

  

5. Terms & Agreements

• You need to sign terms and a signature to establish a clear, legally binding agreement that confirms your identity, consent to the conditions

• Click Send agreement → Open your email → Sign via e-signature.

Some steps, such as entering GST details or setting up deductions, are optional and depend on your specific circumstances. Ensure all information is accurate to avoid delays in account activation.

Once your profile is complete, you can explore all features smoothly.
