How to cancel my subscription?

Your account cancellation will be effective immediately.

We will no longer pay your taxes, file returns, or communicate with the IRD on your behalf.
You’ll lose access to Lodg tools, and some data may be deleted from your account

Follow the steps below to cancel your subscription:

Step 1: Log in to your Lodg account

Step 2: Go to “Lodg Subscription”

From the menu, select Lodg Subscription.

Step 3: Click “Terminate”

Step 4: Click “Confirm and cancel”

A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm the cancellation >> Click Confirm and cancel to proceed.

Once confirmed, your subscription will be cancelled immediately. You won't be charged again.

Yes, your account cancellation will be effective immediately and you’ll not be able to access it.

Yes! Simply log in and choose a new subscription plan anytime.
